Love our cocktails? Let’s teach you how to make them. Our Jester Concepts’ bar program centers the education of our staff and this focus has built a team with passion and expert knowledge that they’re ready to share.
Join us for an intimate private cocktail class at Constantine, P.S.Steak, Parlour Minneapolis or Saint Paul. We offer private classes in the hours before the bar opens to the public, typically held from 1-3pm. Select from one of our 3 class packages below and customize this to cover your favorite drinks, seasonal specials or deep dive into a spirit of choice. Great for parties of 8 or more.

Tax & 25% Service Charge will be applied to class prices. This charge consists of gratuity and assists in health and wellness coverage for our staff.
MEET THE BARTENDERS
TAMMI ROSE, PARLOUR MPLS BAR MANAGER
Tammi is a Minnesota native born and raised. She has been with Jester Concepts since 2017. She started working as an artist’s assistant straight out of high school. After that she started working at various liquor stores. She gained a lot of beer and spirit knowledge there and branched out into the service industry. She has been in almost every restaurant position working her way up from a busser to where she is now.

KARA SMITH, P.S. STEAK BAR MANAGER
Kara Smith’s first bartending job was in a club in downtown Minneapolis but moved to Las Vegas to peruse more in her cocktail education. After spending time at the Aria Hotel, Wolfgang Puck, Sushi Samba, the Chandelier Bar and the Station Casinos. After almost a decade of gaining knowledge in Nevada she moved back to the vibrant bar scene of Minneapolis. Back in the twin cities she has crafted a name for herself through starting various bar programs and starting cocktail classes extending her education to the public. She has been with Jester Concepts since 2018 and took the helm of the bar program of P.S. Steak in 2023. During her two decade long career, Kara has transformed herself, with help from her mentors, from a high volume “churn and burn” hurricane into a more methodical and creative presence behind the bar.
