Michelle joined Jester Concepts in July 2020 as a manager at Monello-Constantine.  With the support of Jester leadership, Michelle was offered the opportunity to move into a new role as Training and Development Coordinator in January 2022. In December 2022, Michelle accepted the role as Assistant Director of Human Resources. She spends her days at each location on-boarding new staff members, building new training materials, teaching training classes, and supporting management teams. She takes great pride in making positive first impressions and being the warm-friendly face of Jester Concepts. When Michelle is not working, she enjoys spending time with her wife-Jessica and their son-Jack.
