Sanjaya came from his native country of Sri Lanka as a child when his parents immigrated to the United States. After graduate school, he went on to work in finance for two large Fortune 500 companies based in the Twin Cities.  He entered the restaurant world by working for a small hospitality investment group where he directed finance and operations for 17 years. Sanjaya was attracted to join Jester Concepts because it united his two professional passions: finance and restaurants. Outside of work, he is an avid fan of cooking, baseball, and hiking Minnesota’s North Shore.
